We believe in transparency. Here is exactly when refunds apply, when they don't, and how to request one.

Subscriptions are non-refundable by default. Refunds are only considered for duplicate charges, service non-delivery, or critical platform failures. Approved refunds are processed within 7â10 business days via Razorpay. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your Order ID.
General Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Subscriptions
All payments made for Shreedevs subscription plans are non-refundable by default. Once a billing cycle begins, the subscription fee for that period cannot be reversed.
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer prorated or partial refunds if you choose to cancel your subscription mid-cycle. You will continue to have access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial (if applicable)
If a free trial is offered for a plan, no payment is charged during the trial period. Charges begin only after the trial ends and you confirm your subscription.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Accidental Duplicate Payment
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate charge. Contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Service Non-Delivery
If you were charged but did not receive access to the subscribed plan or product due to an error on our end, you are eligible for a full refund or immediate service activation.
Critical Platform Failure
In the rare event of a critical, extended platform outage (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) that renders the service completely unusable, affected users may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Scenarios
Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the service, or found an alternative solution after subscribing.
Failure to Cancel Before Renewal
If you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, the renewal charge is non-refundable. We recommend setting a reminder before your billing date.
Account Suspension Due to Violation
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
Third-Party Issues
Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by third-party tools, internet connectivity, or your device/browser that are outside of Shreedevs' control.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard under Settings â Subscription â Cancel Plan. No cancellation fees apply.
Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, you retain full access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to a free or inactive state.
Data Retention
Your account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted. Export your data before cancelling if needed.
Refund Processing via Razorpay
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7â10 business days from the date of approval. The amount is returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Razorpay Settlements
Since payments are processed through Razorpay, refund timelines may also depend on your bank or card issuer. Razorpay typically initiates the refund within 2 business days of our approval.
Refund Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation from both Shreedevs and Razorpay once the refund has been initiated. You can also track refund status in your Razorpay payment receipt.
How to Raise a Refund Request
Step 1 â Contact Support
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: 'Refund Request â [Your Order ID]'.
Step 2 â Provide Details
Include your registered email address, Razorpay Order/Payment ID, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant screenshots or details.
Step 3 â Review & Response
Our team will review your request within 2â3 business days and respond with a decision. If approved, the refund will be initiated within 7â10 business days.
