Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any Shreedevs service, website, or SaaS product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Subscription Services
Subscription Basis
All Shreedevs SaaS products and tools are provided on a subscription basis. Access to features is contingent on maintaining an active, paid subscription plan.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your initial purchase. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You will receive a reminder before renewal.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Account Responsibilities
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.
One Account Per User
Each subscription is intended for use by a single business or individual unless explicitly covered under an Enterprise plan with multi-seat access.
Prohibited Use
Misuse of Services
You agree not to misuse our services in any way, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, scraping data, introducing malware, conducting fraudulent transactions, or impersonating other users.
Consequences of Violation
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice and without any refund obligation.
Legal Compliance
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Payments & Razorpay
Payment Gateway
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed payment, your subscription access may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully completed. You will be notified via email.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content, code, branding, logos, UI designs, and software on the Shreedevs platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Shreedevs and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written permission from Shreedevs.
Your Content
Any content you upload or submit through our platform remains your property. By submitting content, you grant Shreedevs a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service at all times.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shreedevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Modifications to Terms
Right to Update
Shreedevs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before changes take effect.
Continued Use
Your continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
Payments Processed via Razorpay
All subscription payments are securely handled by Razorpay â a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
